• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and take orders accurately.
• Enter orders into Foodics and issue bills/receipts.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments safely and accurately.
• Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct.
• Manage the queue and maintain a clean, organized front counter.
• Answer customer questions about the menu and offers.
• Handle basic customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Help with daily closing: cash count, reports, and shift handover.

Main Responsibilities / المهام الرئيسية:

• Welcome customers and take orders accurately.
• Enter orders into Foodics and issue bills/receipts.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments (Apple Pay, STC Pay, etc.) safely and accurately.
• Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct.
• Manage the queue and maintain a clean, organized front counter.
• Answer customer questions about the menu and offers.
• Handle basic customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Help with daily closing: cash count, reports, and shift handover.
• استقبال العملاء وأخذ الطلبات بدقة.
• إدخال الطلبات في نظام فودكس وإصدار الفواتير والإيصالات.
• التعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية والإلكترونية (Apple Pay، STC Pay، وغيرها) بدقة وأمان.
• التنسيق مع الباريستا والمطبخ لضمان تجهيز الطلبات بشكل صحيح.
• تنظيم الطابور والحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الكاشير.
• الرد على استفسارات العملاء حول المنيو والعروض.
• التعامل مع الشكاوى البسيطة بشكل لبق واحترافي.
• المساعدة في إقفال الكاشير (جرد الكاش، التقارير، وتسليم الشفت).
