About the Role:

Services Desk Manager

Core Purpose of the job:

To resolve all Operating System, Hardware, Networking and Other IT Service-related issues in respective areas by coordination, facilitation and support new IT systems and services.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
• 5-7 years of experience gained in IT service delivery with 4 years of Team Leading Services experience.
• Familiar with ITIL methodologies and CCNA/CCNP, LAN & WAN concepts.
• PMP & MCP & MCSE certified is preferable.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
