The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Factory Engineering Manager to join our Dairy Business unit. The successful candidate will manage the maintenance on both production equipment and factory infrastructure, and different utilities within the factory premises. He/she will lead operationally and develop the team on both functional and managerial skills to create high performing teams.

To be considered, candidate must have:

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institute or organization (Mechanical / Electrical / IT / ATM)
• At least 10 years’ experience in maintenance / engineering role within dairy manufacturing - cheese, filling, processing and UHT background
• At least 4 years management experience or in similar position within dairy factory
• Ability to drive for results, motivate others and develop direct reports
