About the role:

Assist Trade Marketing Manager in managing and coordinating the National Promotion Plan, National Key Accounts Promotions, National Key Accounts Multi-brand In-store Activation and Display, POSM Projects and Implementation, External and Internal In-store Sampling Activities, Sponsorships and Events, NPD Listings, Competitor Promotion Intelligence Reports for different Business Units throughout KSA & GULF.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate promotion plans for KSA & Gulf regions.
  • Ensure effective communication and planning for National Key Account promotions.
  • Implement in-store branding and displays for key accounts.
  • Develop and manage annual POSM plans with sales and CPD teams.
  • Oversee external agencies for in-store sampling activities.
  • Support sponsorships and customer events.
  • Coordinate NPD listing between Marketing and Sales.
  • Track and report on competitor promotions and NPD activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related filed.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of working with accounts (directly or indirectly).
  • Experience managing in-market display installations.
  • Strong collaboration skills with external agencies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and dashboard reporting.
