• Basic POS and order management skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with enthusiasm and Zulu-inspired hospitality.
• Present, explain, and promote the menu to guests.
• Proactively upsell premium dishes and signature drinks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
