The EY Financial Sustainability and Spending Efficiency (FSSE) practice supports EY’s comprehensive advisory services across the Government and Public Sector (GPS). The practice enables clients to strengthen their Financial Sustainability and Spending Efficiency functions through a wide range of solutions, including Financial Services, Spend Reviews, Non-Oil Revenue Development, Procurement Enhancement, Local Content Development, and other specialized offerings across the MENA region.
The Opportunity
The CAPEX Spend Efficiency Consultant is responsible for supporting organizations in planning, evaluating, and executing capital investment projects to ensure they deliver optimal value and align with strategic objectives. The role focuses on developing portfolio plans, conducting financial and feasibility analyses, preparing business cases, and supporting clients in making informed investment decisions. The consultant provides guidance throughout the project lifecycle—covering planning, financing, execution, and reporting—while ensuring strong governance, cost efficiency, and data accuracy. This position plays a key role in helping clients prioritize CAPEX initiatives, enhance project performance, and maximize returns on investment.
