Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and related security equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot camera issues, power problems, and system errors.
• Perform cabling work (Cat6, Fibre, structured cabling) and ensure proper cable management.
• Configure and manage NVRs, switches, IP addresses, and basic network settings.
• Work with Hikvision products including IP cameras, PTZ cameras, NVRs, decoders, and accessories.
• Manage and support HikCentral Centralized Management System and other Hikvision cloud platforms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, camera cleaning, firmware upgrades, and health checks.
• Evaluate site requirements and propose suitable CCTV solutions.
• Perform field visits for installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and service reports.
• Coordinate with IT, security, and project teams to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CCTV working experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with Hikvision devices and software ecosystem.
• Good understanding of NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras, and camera models.
• Knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, switches, PoE switches, and basic networking.
• Experience with HikCentral and cloud-based CCTV monitoring platforms (e.g., Hik-Connect).
• Familiar with structured cabling, cable testing, terminations, and labeling.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware failures and configuration issues.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of access control or other low-voltage systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Hikvision or CCT systems.
• Experience with other brands (Dahua, Uniview, Axis) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of server-based recording, RAID storage, or VMS systems is a plus.
• Experience working in retail, warehouse, or enterprise environments.
