Remote Call Center Representative - English Speaking (Contract, Visa Sponsorship Available)

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (Preference for Pakistani and Egyptian Nationals)

Salary: $1000/month

A rapidly growing call center is seeking English speaking Call Center Representatives to join our team on a contract basis. This is a remote position and candidates from all over the world are welcome to apply. We have a strong preference for candidates from Pakistan and Egypt.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner and making outbound calls as assigned
  • Listening attentively to customers\' inquiries and concerns and providing accurate information or solutions
  • Maintaining knowledge of products/services offered by the company in order to effectively assist customers
  • Following call scripting guidelines to ensure consistency in customer interactions
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution
  • Meeting performance metrics such as average handling time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings
