Call Center Representative (Indian Nationals)

We are currently seeking Indian nationals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Representatives in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Salary

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide efficient and professional responses to their inquiries.
  • Listen actively to customers’ concerns and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide information about our products or services to potential or existing customers.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding set performance goals.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Indian nationality with valid residence permit in Saudi Arabia (own visa).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
