An exciting opportunity is available forBusiness Partner II, HR, located in Dammam.

Report to:Manager, Business Partner, DS & Metall

Job Summary:

Partnering with leadership team to provide HR guidance advice, (coaching, counselling, career development, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions) for their area of the business

Role responsibilities:

  • participates in change management projects and HR-related communication.
  • Partners with leadership team to provide HR guidance advice: coaching, performance development and disciplinary actions.
  • Delivers HR practices that drive a positive employment relationship and a high performance, high capability culture.
  • Implements human resources programs including talent acquisition, employment processing, employee relations and retention.
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying issues, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solutions.
  • Identifies and plans for workforce requirements to meet short and long-term business needs.
  • Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures for managers and employees.
  • Provides HR related data and undertakes key analysis for internal stakeholders as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
