A leading construction and operations firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a passionate Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and conducting market research in the contracting and operations & maintenance sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development and a strong client network in the Saudi market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within construction/contracting/O&M.
  • Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
  • Knowledge of financial and feasibility studies preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in contracting and O&M sectors
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic growth
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and public entities
  • Track upcoming tenders, projects, and opportunities and coordinate submissions with internal teams
  • Support negotiations and partnership discussions with key stakeholders
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within construction / contracting / O&M
  • Strong client network in the Saudi market (essential)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and market research capabilities
  • Knowledge of financial and feasibility studies (preferred but not mandatory)
