We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will lead market development, client engagement, Sales & Marketing and project acquisition activities, particularly in the solar photovoltaic (PV) sector.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth in Saudi Arabia’s renewable energy market. The ideal candidate must have extensive business development experience in the solar PV sector and strong regional market knowledge.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within the renewable energy sector, especially solar PV industry, with at least 2 years working in Saudi Arabia/UAE in the same field.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing), Bengali preferred.
- Deep understanding of the solar PV market in Saudi Arabia, including customer segments, EPC processes, utility regulations, and competition landscape.
- Ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with government entities, commercial clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and investors.
- Proven experience in preparing and submitting RFPs, EOIs, LOIs, proposals, tender documents, and commercial offers.
- Experience with Saudi Arabian renewable energy policies, SEC grid requirements, NTP 2030 goals, and KSA utility tender frameworks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for closing high-value contracts.
- Understanding technical concepts related to solar PV systems (advantageous).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia for meetings, client visits, and business events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar PV sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, energy authorities, utilities, industrial clients, and EPC companies.
- Lead the development and submission of project proposals, tenders, business cases, and commercial bids.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and formulate growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align business opportunities with engineering capabilities.
- Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and renewable energy conferences.
- Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and brand positioning within the Saudi market.
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory requirements, renewable energy incentives, and industry trends in KSA.
- Ensure high-quality communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-level clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking, and business reporting.
Qualifications s Certifications:
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy) or BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Certified Professional in Business Development (preferred).
