Qualifications

  • Understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Preferred experience working at a technology vendor.
  • Passion for technology, learning attitude, and growth mindset.
  • Preferred advanced knowledge in the Microsoft 365 suite. Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900 MS-700) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI Workforce channel acquisition and activation to service SMB customers at scale.
  • Consult resellers and stimulate activities with low performing resellers.
  • Ensure resellers are leveraging incentives and align impact with investments.
  • Assist in qualifying opportunities and customer wins.
  • Drive GTM execution of cohorts related to Secure AI Productivity.
  • Attend Microsoft SureStep events.
  • Earn the Pitch Perfect Badge for AI Workforce.

What Youll Do :

As a Business Development Manager - ModernWork Security & Copilot you’ll define and work with resellers to drive acquisition of Microsoft 365 suites and Microsoft 365 Copilot customers at scale by growing their marketing and sales capabilities. Additionally work with resellers to upsell customers to higher value Microsoft 365 suites as well as Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll Mobilize partners to leverage Microsoft partner programs tools and resources such as Cloud Ascent Campaigns in a Box Co-op funds Immersion Briefings Bootcamps and Solution Assessments. You’ll also Support resellers in developing lifecycle management practices including acquisition renewals and upsell motions. Implement a Rhythm of Business with resellers and local Microsoft stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement and performance tracking. Drive partner outreach and demand generation through all available channels (email webinars hosting events social media etc.) promoting offers and campaigns to build excitement around AI Workforce. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage partners promote initiatives and support scalable go-to-market execution.

Your key responsibilities will include :
  • Drive AI Workforce channel acquisition and activation to service SMB customers at scale
  • Consult resellers on Designations; Lead blitz weeks / webinars for acquisition; Stimulate RFY activities with low performing resellers
  • Ensure resellers are leveraging incentives. Align impact of Top Resellers with the Co-op investments of the Indirect Providers
  • Provides reseller assistance if needed in qualifying opportunity and customer wins
  • Use Cloud Ascent data and drive GTM execution of the Cohorts related to Secure AI Productivity and Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Mandatory attendance of Microsoft driven SureStep events like SureStep Summits and Bootcamps
  • Represent Microsoft by earning the Pitch Perfect Badge for AI Workforce
What You Bring to the Role :
  • Preferred degree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Preferred experience working at a technology vendor.
