As a Business Development Manager - ModernWork Security & Copilot you’ll define and work with resellers to drive acquisition of Microsoft 365 suites and Microsoft 365 Copilot customers at scale by growing their marketing and sales capabilities. Additionally work with resellers to upsell customers to higher value Microsoft 365 suites as well as Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll Mobilize partners to leverage Microsoft partner programs tools and resources such as Cloud Ascent Campaigns in a Box Co-op funds Immersion Briefings Bootcamps and Solution Assessments. You’ll also Support resellers in developing lifecycle management practices including acquisition renewals and upsell motions. Implement a Rhythm of Business with resellers and local Microsoft stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement and performance tracking. Drive partner outreach and demand generation through all available channels (email webinars hosting events social media etc.) promoting offers and campaigns to build excitement around AI Workforce. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage partners promote initiatives and support scalable go-to-market execution.
