Job Summary: We are seeking a European Nationality to work as a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within Saudi Arabia's rapidly expanding mining sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven success working with government agencies such as the Ministry of Mineral Resources, major mining companies, and large mining corporations. This role will focus on securing consulting projects, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities in line with KSA Vision 2030's mining sector goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients including mining companies, government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources), and large mining corporations.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive consulting services in geology, mining engineering, feasibility studies, due diligence, and ESG compliance.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and project pipelines in Saudi Arabia’s mining sector.
• Collaborate with technical and executive leadership to align business goals with market needs.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, market forecasts, and business opportunities.
