Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services. Looking for a "Business Development Manager-Express" at their office in Riyadh.

Reporting Line: Country Director/Branch Manager

Responsibilities

  • Gather market information through face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Develop relevant metrics to measure business development performance.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitor intelligence.
  • Share gathered information with the marketing department.
  • Sell and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage sales administration and filtering new business opportunities.
  • Plan persuasive approaches to win new clients.
  • Coordinate information and commercial responses.
  • Design and implementing action plans to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
  • 5- 7 years working experience in business development, sales executive, or a relevant role with a sales record of accomplishment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in KSA.
