Key Duties and Responsibilitiesh3>
  • Own P&L performance, portfolio quality, pricing, forecasting, ECL, and support decision-making across Risk, Product, Commercial, and Operations.
  • Build and maintain the BNPL P&L model, including revenue, MDR, fees, incentives, and credit losses.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly GMV forecasts, revenue forecasts, and contribution margin analysis.
  • Partner with Risk to analyze approval rates, risk segments, delinquency trends, and fraud patterns.
  • Provide insights that balance approvals vs NPL; simulate policy or scorecard changes and forecast impact.
  • Monitor performance of the Decision Engine and credit scorecard.
  • Analyze approval impact, model drift, and rule effectiveness.
  • Provide data to Product & Risk for limit assignment, merchant-level risk, and user segmentation.
  • Analyze repayment success rates, failed payment patterns, collection efficiency (D0 → D90).
  • Analyze merchant-level GMV, MDR profitability, category contribution, and churn.
  • Support Commercial team with merchant pricing, category forecasts, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with marketing/commercial to build the GTM plans and build ROI models for co-marketing initiatives.
  • Manage overall marketing and promotional budgets.
  • Partner with Analytics for funnel performance, conversion, drop-offs, checkout performance, and feature adoption.
  • Partner with Product to run A/B test analysis, retention cohort analysis, and user segmentation.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve user onboarding, approval flow, repayment success, and repeat behavior.
  • May perform other duties as directed and required.
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years experience ideally in BNPL and/or fintech.
Technical Competencies
  • Strong analytical capability, mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power BI and ability to build financial/forecasting models. SQL experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of credit lifecycle analytics: vintages, roll rates, risk segmentation.
