We are on the hunt for a driven Business Development Manager to be a part of an innovative prop‑tech start‑up based in Riyadh. Their mission is to revolutionize rental solutions for landlords and tenants seeking options for short or long‑term stays. As a Business Developer you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance tenant acquisition and retention, building strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive living experience within managed properties.
Responsibilities
- Tenant Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives to attract new tenants to the company's properties and collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns highlighting property benefits and amenities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and act as a liaison between tenants and management.
- Retention Programs: Implement tenant retention strategies, including feedback mechanisms, loyalty programs, satisfaction surveys, and community‑building activities, and analyze feedback and market trends to continuously improve the tenant experience.
- Tenant Experience: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless move‑in/move‑out processes, resolve tenant issues promptly, and maintain high‑quality property standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to tenant acquisition and retention, developing regular reports for management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with property management, leasing, and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize tenant satisfaction, and participate in lease negotiations and renewals.
- Market & Data Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, demographics, and competitive offerings that inform growth strategies, and analyze tenant data to inform targeted marketing initiatives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the leasing team responsible for medium‑and long‑term rentals, oversee the reservation team managing bookings and reservations on various platforms, and ensure seamless communication and optimal occupancy.
- B2B / Corporate Sales: Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales and corporate partnerships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the company's footprint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, tenant relations, property management, hospitality, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to assess tenant feedback and market data.
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
