About the Role

As Business Development Manager for FIBO Riyadh, the role focuses on securing strategic partnerships, attracting sponsors and exhibitors, and expanding the event’s presence in the fitness and wellness industry. The BDM will drive commercial growth, build key relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution in the Saudi market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow event participation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts.
  • Represent FIBO at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within events, fitness, or wellness industries.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
