The role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in Saudi Arabia, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic being a plus.

Qualifications

  • 15 years of experience in related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Regional Business Developer in Saudi Arabia.
  • Consultancy experience preferred.
  • Very good to fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, finance) to ensure client requirements are fully met.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
  • Report regularly on business development performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Experience: 15 years of experience; At least 5 years of experience as a Regional Business Developer in Saudi Arabia.

  • Consultancy Experience is preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles relevant to company products or services.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
