Abunayyan Holding Company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support and drive strategic growth across our construction and infrastructure portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence through effective client engagement and bid leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and strategic partnerships across EPC, PPP, and mega-projects.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead prequalification submissions, expressions of interest (EOIs), and tender strategy development.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams throughout the bid preparation process.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, commercial offers, and client presentations.
  • Manage and track leads, pipelines, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and forecasts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking activities.
  • Support senior management in developing growth strategies and market entry plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development within construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, prequalification, and contract administration processes.
