Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

The Business Development Manager will be a dedicated resource for our KSA operations. This role involves working closely with the leads for Real Estate, Infrastructure and Energy & Natural Resources, and other internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market opportunities in Saudi Arabia.

The primary objective is to develop strategic relationships, engage with senior-level stakeholders, and secure new business opportunities that align with our regional growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new connections with potential clients across relevant sectors.
• Business Development, Strategy & Pipeline Management:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
  • Advise on innovative approaches and value propositions to enhance competitiveness.
  • Work with leadership to monitor and manage the opportunity pipeline, ensuring proactive focus on priority areas.
• Bid & Proposal Support:
  • Collaborate with bid teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Provide insights on client needs and market trends to strengthen bid strategies.
  • Review and refine draft bids to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
