About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting the agency’s continued expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities within the local market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide regular forecasting and reporting
  • Represent the agency at industry events, client meetings and networking functions
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure alignment between client needs and agency output
Candidate Profile
  • Currently working in a Business Development or Client Services role within a marketing, branding, or creative agency
  • Demonstrated success in winning and growing client accounts
  • Strong understanding of the agency landscape and local market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • A Saudi national, currently based in Riyadh
