We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure new real estate development opportunities aligned with our company’s strategic growth objectives in Al Khobar. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of land development, feasibility analysis, and urban growth dynamics.

This person will lead market research and opportunity assessments across land acquisitions, redevelopment, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Finance, Legal, Design, and Sales and will manage the full proposal and bidding process, from interpreting RFPs and preparing submissions to coordinating due diligence and final negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting market and competitor research to identify emerging development opportunities.
  • Managing a robust pipeline of potential projects and overseeing the preparation of EOIs, RFPs, and bid submissions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to prepare technical and financial proposals.
  • Leading negotiations with landowners, brokers, and public entities.
  • Supporting deal structuring, feasibility studies, and investment presentations.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with government bodies, investors, and consultants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years’ experience in real estate development, master planning, or related fields.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; knowledge of GIS, AutoCAD, or planning tools is an advantage.
