As a Business Development Executive, you will drive growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across diverse sectors. The role focuses on strengthening the firm’s market presence and positioning it as a distinguished, non-traditional entity that combines professional excellence with global best practices to deliver comprehensive, high-quality legal solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to grow legal and consulting practices.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across key legal sectors.
Build and manage relationships with clients, government entities, and partners.
Prepare high-quality, customized RFPs and proposals.
Conduct market research to anticipate trends and client needs.
Collaborate with partners on proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
Represent the firm at meetings, events, and industry forums.
Coordinate client onboarding and service delivery across departments.
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and support management decisions.
Contribute to branding, marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in business development within legal or consulting sectors.
Proven ability to generate business and maintain client relationships.
Strong knowledge of Saudi market and legal framework.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial insight.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and proposal tools.
Able to manage multiple projects independently in fast-paced settings.
