  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective presentations and proposals that highlight the company’s services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Work closely with management to align business development strategies with the overall goals of the organization.
