A leading EdTech company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales professional to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience selling learning solutions to corporate clients and institutions, strong relationship management skills, and proficiency in both English and Arabic. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, conducting product demos, and managing the sales cycle from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or Training & Development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling learning or training solutions to corporate clients, institutions, or universities. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and institutional sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Present and promote EdTech products and learning solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and update CRM regularly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or Training & Development industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and consultative selling approach.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
