Job Description

The Business Development Executive is a front-line, quota-carrying role supporting the sale of Governance, Risk, and Compliance products to Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with the Account Director. The successful candidate will drive customer acquisition and expand sales within existing accounts through incremental sales of GRC products and services. Responsibilities include qualifying marketing-generated leads, developing viable sales leads via inbound and outbound calls, and scheduling initial sales calls or appointments between client leads and the Account Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Develop calling plans and lead qualification/progression strategies: Create and follow a daily calling plan, including pre-call planning and script adherence. Qualify all marketing opportunities into prospective accounts, ensuring prospects have intent, budget, and a purchase timeframe. Coordinate initial contact with leads.
  2. Meet overall territory revenue goals, product-specific revenue goals, and strategic product goals (e.g., sales to flagship accounts, increased vertical penetration).
  3. Increase penetration of GRC products and services into existing and new accounts.
  4. Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and nurture them.
  5. Execute outbound calling programs to enhance GRC penetration.
  6. Demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is required.
  7. Possess 1-3 years of experience in sales or client services.
  8. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently to plan qualification and sales calls.
  9. Deep understanding of GRC needs and industry knowledge is strongly desired.
  10. Proficient in uncovering business issues, identifying GRC opportunities, and establishing rapport with clients.
