  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and vendors.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and results.
  • Represent OZOD Contracting at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Support the preparation of bids, tenders, and RFP responses.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the engineering or contracting industry.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of engineering concepts and project delivery processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
