Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Consultant located in Riyadh.

The Business Development (Consulting) will be responsible for aggressively identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and providing consultative solutions to key clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Daily tasks include proactively initiating and opening high-level connections, developing strategic business plans for growth, conducting frequent in-person customer visits, creating strategies for channel expansion, and effectively communicating with clients and internal team members. The consultant will also engage with stakeholders to deeply understand their unique needs and provide tailored, value-driven solutions that lead to closed deals.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Above 3 years of experience in Business Development and Lead Generation in the consulting industry
  • Strong ability to open new connections and secure high-level meetings with prospective clients.
  • Consulting and Strategic Business Planning skills tailored to the KSA market.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills (Arabic and English proficiency is highly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design customized solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and deal closure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
