Job Description
  • Creating (daily, weekly, monthly and annual) sales reports for management and sales force. Which includes daily sales reports, stock report, price realization, new account opening, new products tracking, and any ad hoc reports required.
  • Assist the management in streamlining and development commercial processes and work flows.
  • Extracting, collecting, analyzing and reporting data and information to key users, managers, colleagues and regional teams.
  • Collecting sales trends and records and evaluating performance calculated against sales quotas.
  • Analyzing sales as well as performance records and interpreting outcomes of overall sales.
  • Data entry, update and extraction from ERP systems (SAP, GP, BI), and applications to support the management with information and trends.
  • Price activation setup in SAP, including discounts, free goods, free samples and exceptional discounts approvals, or rejections with proper coordination with channel heads and country managers.
  • Conduct and consolidate price surveys across channels and markets, to provide management with visibility on market conditions and pricing trends.
  • Create access requests for all sales force users in the system (email, SAP, network access, and all other SAP requests).
Academic Background
  • Bachelor of science in Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields
