DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's growth goals and values.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage the sales team, including setting targets, performance evaluations, and coaching for success.
  • Implement effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage sales budgets and forecasts.
