Job Purpose
  • Installed Base Services Sales and Business expansion OI contribution.
  • Drive Long term agreements and solution Support programs in the installed base business.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional departments Regional Services and TSD, PDC /System Engineering and COE.
  • Customer Engagement and support Satisfaction responsibility in solution installed bases.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Revenue generation to achieve the BU OI target from Installed base business.
  • Solution Expansion, Migration, Enhancement Opportunity generation from the Installed Base.
  • Technical sales responsibility to understand the Customer requirement.
  • Manage YODA /CRM updates/ Server Access regularly.
  • Be a Site Information and Feed resource along with team, for proposal support, site surveys for replacement standalone/combined with system or RSD projects and fully support and attend TQ meetings/presentations with customers, as agreed with DM-S&M, GM-SA.
  • To attend the Sales weekly/monthly meeting to share the market info on the accounts/issues/concern among the TEAM.
  • Maintain the Solution blueprint for entire MEA region for team to achieve consistent better performance.
Qualification And Experience
  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Minimum 10 Years and 5 years with (Yokogawa Knowledge) or similar role.
  • Middle East Experience is preferable.
  • Fluent is English, Arabic is Preferable
Competencies

Knowledge and Awareness of Yokogawa Advances technologies and software’s for Manufacturing Exec. Systems (MES), Advance Process Control, Simulation & Modeling and Supply Chain Management is highly preferable.
