We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and manage leads for business setup services in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful clients by providing professional consultation, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads related to company formation and business setup in Saudi Arabia.
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on Saudi business setup procedures, licensing options, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and follow-up information.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Follow up with clients regularly to nurture relationships and encourage referrals.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in Saudi regulations, visa rules, and company formation laws.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients in a timely manner.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings or virtual consultations.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the business setup or corporate services industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with Saudi business environment and company formation process is an advantage.
- Excellent client handling, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
