Job summary

A tech solutions company located in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide daily assistance in Finance, HR, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in related fields, a strong background in ERP, CRM, and HCM systems, and hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL. The role involves customizing reports and ensuring data integrity across applications.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to end users in Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and build reports & dashboards using Power BI and Application Report Designer.
  • Ensure business processes comply with financial and operational standards.
  • Deliver end-user training and documentation to maximize adoption.
  • Manage configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle of ERP, CRM, and HCM applications.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications.
  • Support system integrations (APIs, middleware, data migration) to connect enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure applications meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong background in ERP, CRM, and HCM systems (both functional and technical).
  • Solid financial knowledge to support accounting and reporting processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SQL.
  • Understanding of application integrations, middleware, and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Focus ERP, Centra HCM, and Centra CRM.
  • Knowledge of process automation, workflow tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise security standards and data governance.
  • Ability to manage both functional business discussions and technical system improvements.
