We are looking for a Contractual Business Analyst for a 6-month assignment, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on business needs. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and solutions.

Key responsibilities include gathering data, creating functional specifications, identifying business needs, and recommending actionable insights to guide decision-making. The role also involves preparing reports, facilitating communication between technical teams and business units, and ensuring alignment between project requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong analytical thinking and requirement interpretation skills
• Experience in Business Analysis and defining project requirements
• Ability to work in ambiguity, solve problems, and remove delivery hurdles
• Previous KSA Corporate/SME banking experience is a must
• Proficiency in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to define and document business requirements clearly and concisely
• Proven track record of delivering value through actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with digital transformation and financial services is a strong advantage
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
