As a Business Analyst at Ninja, you will be ideal for an early-career professional passionate about using data to solve real-world business challenges. You will work closely with various departments to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making, with a particular focus on improving our operational and supply chain efficiencies. The successful candidate will leverage their programming skills in SQL and Python to build robust analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on operational, sales, and supply chain data to identify key trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful patterns and actionable insights regarding inventory management, logistics, and sales forecasting.
- Evaluate business processes and perform gap analysis to recommend data-driven solutions and process enhancements.
- Utilize SQL and Python to efficiently extract, cleanse, and manipulate large, complex datasets from various sources for analytical purposes.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track critical KPIs.
- Assist in the development and validation of analytical models for demand forecasting, stock optimization, and other business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Merchandising, and Finance to gather business requirements and define project objectives.
- Clearly communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences through compelling presentations and reports.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and the data team to ensure analytical projects are aligned with strategic company goals.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Python and its data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Machine Learning: Hands‑on experience or a strong theoretical understanding of machine learning models and concepts will be considered a significant advantage.
- Domain Knowledge: A working knowledge of Operations and Supply Chain principles and metrics would be a plus.
