Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst for an immediate on-site role. This position focuses on requirements, user journeys, and supporting teams across diverse workstreams. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in software development, strong expertise in requirements gathering, and the ability to work closely with development and QA teams. Fluent Arabic is preferred. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or application development.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, process mapping, and UAT.
• Ability to collaborate with development, data, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements including BRDs.
• Map and document workflows, processes, user journeys, and personas.
• Translate business logic into clear requirements for developers and data engineers.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Work closely with development teams to design and validate new application modules.
• Coordinate with QA teams for testing and issue tracking.
• Document data sources, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting needs.
• Prepare test cases and support application testing.
• Execute UAT with business teams and validate functionality.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in software and application development environments with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
