Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders.
- Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, technical requirements, and process flow diagrams.
- Evaluate and map business processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, or system enhancement.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Support ERP functional configurations and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare professional documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and Technical Design Documents (TDD) following best practices.
- Utilize workflow design tools and process mapping software (e.g., Visio) to illustrate business and system processes.
- Participate in solution design discussions to ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
- Provide continuous improvement suggestions based on ERP best practices and industry trends.
- Support end users with process clarification, training, and system usage documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP environments.
- Strong functional experience in one or more ERP systems such as:
- SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Fusion / E-Business Suite
- or equivalent enterprise systems.
- Experience in facility management and manpower outsourcing industries is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in documentation and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
