We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end implementations, finance process configuration, data migration, and support activities. This role involves working closely with global clients including those in Saudi Arabia to deliver comprehensive Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end implementations, finance process configuration, data migration, and support activities. This role involves working closely with global clients including those in Saudi Arabia to deliver comprehensive Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities Implementation & Support
- Lead and execute Oracle Fusion Finance module implementations including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax, and Budgetary Controls.
- Configure finance modules as per business requirements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Support business users during UAT, SIT, and project go‑live stages.
Data Migration & Templates
- Perform end‑to‑end data migration using FBDI and ADFDI templates.
- Validate data, perform reconciliation, and ensure accuracy of financial data migration.
- Handle data mapping, cleansing, and error resolution.
Process Design & Documentation
- Analyze business requirements, gaps, and process flows using Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.
- Prepare BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Translate business needs into functional configurations.
Finance Functional Expertise
- General Ledger (GL)
- Payables (AP)
- Receivables (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Tax configuration setup
- Budget control, reporting & financial governance
- Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams to resolve defects.
Client Interaction & Support
- Work closely with client teams to understand financial business processes and requirements.
- Offer post‑implementation support and enhancement services.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for project delivery.
Project Execution
- Participate in end‑to‑end lifecycle of at least 34 full‑cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations (mandatory).
- Work on enhancements, testing cycles, production rollout, and hyper‑care support.
- Provide training to business users and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills & Competencies Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, Tax, Budgetary Controls).
- Expertise in FBDI, ADFDI templates and full data migration process.
- Strong understanding of Oracle AIM, OUM methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience in UAT, requirements gathering, solution design, and production support.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial mapping.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE, East Africa.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project tasks.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Consultant, with strong Fusion exposure.
Additional Information
- Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) as required for project engagements.
- Candidates with strong domain knowledge and multi‑country implementation experience will be preferred.
