Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Branding Manager / Brand Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across various industries (food & beverage, luxury fragrance, jewelry, real estate, e‑commerce, etc.) in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Managing digital marketing channels (social media, paid media).
- Collaborating with creative teams and external agencies to produce content.
- Conducting market research, analysing trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Overseeing brand positioning, visual identity and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Managing budgets and ensuring ROI of marketing activities.
- Coordinating influencer collaborations and partnership programmes.
- Leading and mentoring marketing teams.
- Monitoring performance metrics and generating reports.
- Engaging stakeholders (customers, partners, suppliers) and developing B2B relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 4‑5 years (preferably 5‑7) of marketing experience in the relevant sector (F&B, luxury retail, real estate, e‑commerce, etc.).
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and brand growth.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi culture, market trends, consumer behaviour and digital landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Experience in B2B marketing, digital and offline channels, and budget management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Leadership experience, ability to manage teams and influence across functions.
- High level of creativity, problem‑solving, and project management.
- Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Experience
- Marketing roles in food & beverage franchise or restaurant industry.
- Luxury brand or high‑end product marketing.
- Experience working with influencers, e‑commerce platforms, and real‑estate properties.
- Background in B2B marketing within engineering, construction or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of emerging digital tools (Salla, Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to launch campaigns that drive sales or enrolment.
