The Brand Distribution Manager will lead the creation, development, and management of O100’s distribution division for luxury niche fragrance brands in Saudi Arabia. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution across scouting and acquiring new brands, negotiation, portfolio development, retail expansion, marketing, operations, and financial performance. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, marketing mindset, and high degree of autonomy, the Brand Distribution Manager will drive sustainable growth, build long‑term brand equity, and establish O100 as a leading distributor of fine fragrances in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Scouting & Negotiations
- Identify and scout new brands with strong potential for distribution in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead negotiations with international brand owners to secure exclusive, long‑term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand principals, ensuring trust and alignment.
Portfolio & Brand Management
- Build and manage a consistent and complementary portfolio of distributed brands.
- Develop tailored business and growth plans per brand, integrating sales, marketing, and financial objectives.
- Ensure alignment of portfolio strategy with O100’s positioning in the luxury niche fragrance sector.
Retail & Market Development
- Negotiate with premium retailers in Saudi Arabia to expand distribution, ensuring brand image consistency and profitability.
- Guarantee best‑in‑class execution of distributed brands in O100‑owned stores (visual merchandising, training, clienteling).
Marketing & Brand Equity
- Elevate brand visibility, desirability, and storytelling in the Saudi market through 360° campaigns.
- Plan and execute activations including events, PR, and influencer engagement aligned with each brand’s DNA.
- Partner with brand principals to secure co‑investment and optimize local A&P budgets.
Operations & Supply Chain
- Oversee all operational elements of distribution, from importation and registration to stock replenishment and compliance.
- Manage demand forecasting and ordering cycles to ensure healthy sell‑through and availability.
- Ensure operational excellence in communication, reporting, and brand events.
Financial & Business Performance
- Own the P&L for the distribution business, ensuring profitable growth.
- Optimize commercial terms, pricing, and margin structures to deliver sustainable profitability.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reviews with O100 management and brand partners.
