Do you want the chance to work with the world’s most famous 4x4 accessory brand in one of the highest potential markets ?Al Rimaya has over 25 years of history with ARB and is looking to add a Brand Manager to their team.

In addition to a “can-do” attitude, the role requires the execution of a clearly defined sales & marketing strategy in a manner that supports consistent business brand growth and profitability across the 25 + Al Rimaya store network.

Key Functions / Responsibilities
  • Be the key contact person between Al Rimaya and ARB Middle East FZE.
  • With the guidance of ARB Middle East FZE, develop Sales and Marketing strategies to maximise both wholesale and retail sales for Al Rimaya.
  • Continuous Improvement of ARB merchandising to grow core in-store sales, plus additional attachment sales per customer conversion.
  • Leverage the marketing tools provided by ARB to grow the internal knowledge and effectiveness of AL Rimaya staff, including product guides, dealer dashboard, sell arb and also POS tools.
  • Provide timely feedback to ARB Middle East FZE, including effective market updates and business development efforts.
  • Positively drive the uptake of all brand building initiatives, including exhibitions, special events and 4x4 club events.
  • Contribute to the positive momentum of social media activity across the various key platforms of: Facebook and Instagram.
  • Take Initiative in training and developing ARB customers and / or other relevant stakeholders. Involve ARB Middle East FZE to maximise impact.
  • Structured Business development, in-order to Identify market, channel and/or product specific business opportunities for ARB products and/or traded products.
  • Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with key individuals in key customer accounts and strategic marketing and industry partners.
  • Deliver and maintain ARB’s and Al Rimaya’s strict dedication to customer service.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with management and respective personnel at Al Rimaya.
  • Monitor, manage and communicate quality and warranty matters of concern to ARB Middle East FZE.
  • Develop and maintain a motivated “fun” working culture/environment with ARB in AL Rimaya.
