Brand Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand identity, increase awareness, and drive customer loyalty. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels, campaigns, and touchpoints while collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, voice, and messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and differentiation in the market.
- Marketing Campaigns & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, digital marketing, PR) to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets, messaging, and campaigns that reflect brand identity.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with product, sales, and executive teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for branding projects.
- Present brand strategy, insights, and campaign results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track key brand metrics including brand awareness, perception, engagement, and market share.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Conduct periodic brand audits to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing practices.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members or coordinators.
- Foster collaboration and creativity within the marketing team.
- Ensure teams adhere to brand standards and maintain quality across campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring brand performance and ROI.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
