Branch Sales Manager – Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our client’s team in Riyadh.

Job Summary

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while managing a team of sales representatives. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves training and mentoring staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining organisational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Meet sales targets and budgeted gross profit returns for the branch and region.
  • Develop a network of new customer relationships to boost business growth (pipeline).
  • Manage a regional team of sales associates, ensuring performance aligns with company objectives.
  • Train associates in cold‑calling, client nurturing and lead generation strategies across physical and digital channels.
  • Facilitate weekly sales team meetings to foster collaboration and drive progress.
  • Allocate clients/sectors to associates based on experience and existing relationships.
  • Oversee use and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring associates regularly update client information and report pending bids or tenders.
  • Ensure associates complete and maintain client registrations and pre‑qualifications.
  • Engage executive team and shareholders with key client introductions and meetings.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in facilities management and a minimum of 7 years in the GCC or KSA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic are required.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Education
