Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding the customer through a structured 'one offer' journey.
  • Maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products.
  • Achieve set targets for trade‑ins and accessory sales.
  • Maintain expected standards on Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead management across Tel/Web/Walk‑in enquiries.
  • Promote effective referrals to showroom managers for enhancing customer experience.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Complete 100% of the mandatory training required by Al‑Futtaim and OEMs.
