  • Optimise stock management and execute boutique promotions.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

Maximise turnover and profitability development of the boutique.

  • Sales generated inside the boutique.
  • Sales generated outside the boutique (presentations made in palaces and to VIP clients).
  • Discount management: Control of discounts and overall expenses in the boutique.
  • Performance analysis, KPI development, and SWOT analysis of the boutique.

Team Management & Leadership :

  • Set KPIs and targets for the team.
  • Personal development and talent management.
  • Motivation of the team.
  • Monitoring and appraisal of team performance.
  • Integration and training of new Sales Associates.
  • Support the Retail Director in recruiting new team members.

Operations and Administration :

  • Main contact for all boutique-related requests.
  • Adherence to Richemont and Montblanc Retail Procedures.
  • Optimise stock management (replenishment, rotation, inventory).
  • Timely execution and delivery of boutique reports.
  • Maintain the boutique environment.
  • Implement security measures.
  • Execute promotions and incentives at the boutique level.

The Boutique Manager collaborates with the Retail Director to:

  • Define objectives for the boutique.
  • Support and implement marketing activities.
  • Develop merchandising concepts.

In coordination with the Visibility Manager:

  • Ensure excellence at POS and quality of displays.
  • Adhere to display and product guidelines.

In coordination with the Sales Trainer:

  • Coach the boutique team.
  • Monitor team self-learning progress.
