• 5+ years of experience in BIW process engineering within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality gates.
• GB or BB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Framing and Side frame processes for BIW assemblies.
• Lead feasibility studies for new product introductions.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve fit and finish issues during production.
