Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ overall years of related work experience in BIM modeling, QA/QC, and BIM coordination.
• BIM Software Certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for BIM deliverables quality assurance.
• Perform QA/QC of technical drawings for compliance with Client requirements.
• Supervise production of drawings and ensure accurate implementation of changes.
• Verify document accuracy and compliance with CAD/BIM standards.
• Prepare and maintain Base Plan and CAD/Revit Titleblocks.
• Monitor and review design documents throughout the project lifecycle.
