We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager - Digital Delivery to join our innovative team in Jeddah KSA. In this pivotal role you will lead our Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives and drive digital transformation across our construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organisational goals and project requirements
  • Oversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes
  • Establish and maintain BIM standards protocols and best practices
  • Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Liaise with clients contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Analyse and optimise BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital construction
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues
  • Prepare and deliver BIM training programmes for staff and project teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field
  • BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 15years of experience in BIM management or a related role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects using BIM
  • Advanced proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
  • Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualisation tools
  • Familiarity with project management software and methodologiesIn-depth understanding of BIM standards best practices and digital construction workflows
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Experience with digital delivery implementation in construction projects
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE is advantageous
