Job Description Summary

The Billing and Claims Representative is responsible for managing daily patient accounts and overseeing the credit and collections processes to ensure timely receipt of payments. This role involves but not limited to handling billing inquiries, resolving disputes, managing overdue accounts, and working closely with patients and insurance providers. The advisor plays a key role in maintaining positive patient relationships while optimizing cash flow and adhering to healthcare regulations.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities
  • Process claims based on the services charged by the clinical team and process claim supporting documentation.
  • Update regularly the billing systems with the latest claim information corrections and adjustments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate invoices and update billing status including Dental and Medical billing.
Minimum Education Required

Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Relevant field, or Bachelor's Degree with up to 2 years' experience in billing and claims management.

Professional Certifications Required

Certification in revenue cycle management or case management is preferred.

Years of Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience relevant field.

English: Advanced; Arabic: Basic
